Ordering Information
Artsplan publications and guidelines have been developed to advise and inspire professionals and volunteers working with young people and the arts. Practical, informative and engaging, they are an invaluable resource for anyone looking to develop their skills, knowledge and creative ideas within youth arts, with many publications complimenting current Artsplan training courses.
Formats
Upon request Artsplan publications can also be supplied on audio tape/CD, or as a word document in large print by CD/email for those with visual or hearing impairments. Prices for these are available upon request, and further information can be gained by contacting the Artsplan Development Manager.
Order Information
Artswork will endeavour to process your order as soon as possible, but no later than 28 days of receipt of your form. Should an order be out of stock or delayed for any reason we will contact you as soon as possible by email/phone, where you will be given the choice to continue or cancel your order.
Payment
Payment can be made by cheque with your order or via invoice. We are currently unable to accept payment by credit card. Please note payment must be received BEFORE an order can be sent. Artswork accepts no responsibility for delays to orders due to a delay in payment. Your order and invoice will therefore be sent separately. If paying by invoice please provide your purchase order number (if relevant) at the time of booking. When sending cheques please include accompanying information as regards to what order the payment relates to, to assist the payment and order process.
Post
All orders will be sent second class, with the exception of the Youth Arts Directory. If you wish to pay an additional fee for recorded delivery please contact the Artsplan Development Manager to discuss and highlight this on your booking form. Artswork takes no responsibility for items lost in the post, but will replace lost orders once if made aware they have not been successfully delivered. Any additional items required after this stage will incur an additional fee. Artswork respectfully reminds customers to ensure the correct delivery address and contact name is displayed on their order form, to ensure prompt delivery of orders.
