Caroline Ash, Artsplan Trainer
Caroline works 4 days a week for Artswork as the national coordinator for the Big Lottery Funded Hub 4 project, delivered in partnership with BBC Blast and the Prince’s Trust. Caroline qualified with a BA (Hons) in Theatre and Television studies from King Alfred’s College, Winchester in 1999, progressing to work as Tour Booking Assistant at UK Arts International, working with companies such as Red Shift, Northern Stage and Pilot Theatre Company.
In 2003 she was appointed as Programme Co-ordinator for the Better Choices cognitive behaviour programme in the Wessex Youth Offending Team, working with prolific young offenders across Hampshire. During this time Caroline also co-wrote and delivered a groupwork training programme for practitioners, enabling them to deliver quality group work with vulnerable young people.
