Caroline Brader, Artsplan Trainer
Caroline Brader is currently the Head of activ8, the participation department of the Octagon Theatre in Bolton.
Caroline has worked within the field of youth and community arts for 8 years with experience ranging from project management and development to facilitation and training. Beginning life as a drama facilitator, Caroline has gone onto develop and deliver drama and music projects work with a diverse range of youth groups including young people at risk of exclusion and young people with learning disabilities.
Caroline has previously worked for Imitating the Dog Theatre Company, Blah, Blah, Blah, The Old Town Hall Theatre (Dacorum Borough Council), Derbyshire County Council and Wise Moves Dance. This work has enabled her to experience partnership with Statutory and Voluntary agencies ranging from Schools, Youth Service, the NHS, Local authorities, YMCA, and a variety of artists and theatre companies.
