Daryl Beeton, Artsplan Trainer
Daryl has been involved in youth arts for many years, his experience ranging from project management and development to facilitation and training. Foremost a drama facilitator, he has worked with young disabled people and drama teachers to create and implement accessible practical drama workshops.
Before he went freelance Daryl was the Associate Director at Half Moon Young People’s Theatre – an organisation committed to putting the voice of the young person at the core of all their professional and participatory work, as well as within in their working policies. His specific remit here was disability and community – increasing access for people who wouldn’t normally have the chance to participate including working with young people who are disabled, vulnerable or are perceived to have behavioral difficulties.
