Previously Youth Arts Development Officer for Thames Valley Partnership Rosy is also a qualified secondary school art teacher and EFL teacher, as well as a practicing textile artist.
She has worked with Artswork as Artsplan Coordinator (Acting), and is author of the course and guidelines Working Together: using the arts with young people ; as well as co-author of the courses Supporting and managing your youth arts worker and the course Creative Facilitation.
