This one day practical induction course highlights the careful planning required before undertaking a capital project in the Youth Arts sector. Substantial equipment and public art projects as well as building projects involve greater risks than ordinary arts activities and the day will cover the pitfalls as well as the opportunities facing anyone about to embark on a capital development. The course will identify the preparatory work, skills and knowledge needed to deliver a successful capital project including preparing a feasibility study and ways to ensure your application makes the grade.
