Supporting and Managing Your Youth Arts Worker
APT/SM – Level 2
This one day course explores some of the issues awaiting new youth arts workers and the managers that are employing them. In this relatively new and upcoming field of work it is useful to have an overview of what is involved in supporting a new worker, often operating in a situation where the normal rules and regulations don’t necessarily apply. Using a mixture of training techniques to help educate and inform, together with personal experience of youth arts, this course will help you develop an awareness and understanding of your own situation.
